I bought a new car from Rodland Toyota of Everett and I found 7 scratches and a dent in 2 days. I just parked the car in my apartment so no chance to be scrached and a dent in 2 days. Anyway I reported the issues right away but they didn't do anything for 10 days. Finally I went there in person and they did poor grinding job and some scratches and a dent still visible. I requested more sincere job on them but they refused to do more. This is the first time terrible experience buying a new car in my life. I feel unhappy with this Japanese Toyota Camry and hate to keep seeing scratches and a dent continually. Do Be careful of buying a new car here.
