We are a growing company that has been providing building maintenance services to schools, commercial, and multi-use buildings for over 20 years in Western Washington. Our office in Redmond is seeking two full-time positions; an Administrative Assistant, and a Customer Service/Account Manager, which require the candidate to be fluent in English and is able to communicate in Korean. We also prefer to the candidate who can speak Spanish. Job duties and requirements include but not limited to:
Customer Service/Account Manager:
* Good communication skills;
* Must be Bilingual in English and Korean;
* MS Office proficient;
* Working knowledge of Office 365 and Excel;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Have a good work ethic;
* Multi-task oriented;
* Motivated/works independently;

Job duties and requirements include but not limited to:
* Experience with QB and Bookkeeping;
* MS Office proficient;
* Excellent communication skill;
* Answering multi-line phones, directing calls or answering questions accordingly;
* Assisting with paperwork;
* Maintaining hard copy and digital files;
* Data collection;
* Organizational skills.
