Front office coordinator - Lynnwood 지역

 

     

• Schedule and coordinate counseling appointments for providers
• Check insurance coverage and eligibility
• Preparing new patient files, including new chart/folder and labels
• Check the status of progress notes on a regular basis and follow up with each provider
• Request legal documentation
• Answer phone calls and give reminder calls to clients
• Prepare urinalysis for pick-up. Report UA results to each counselor. Set up UPS schedule if needed.

• Maintain business office inventory and equipment
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems or concerned areas
• Assist the counselors and admin staff as needed
• Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
• Perform review and analysis and keep the management properly informed
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
