Atomy America is one of the fastest-growing network marketing companies. We are currently seeking a new staff of our Member Service Team. We focus on providing highly personalized customer service. As such, candidates must have excellent communication and people skills.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with or providing information about joining, reactivating, holding, or inheriting membership
* Correcting and updating membership information
* Answering questions about products over the phone or via email: instructions, ingredients, testimonies, etc.
* Confirming and processing order payments
* Providing or correcting shipping information, arranging deliveries and product returns and exchanges
* Additional duties as assigned
Appropriate candidates for the job will have the following skills and experience:
* Bilingual or Trilingual speaks proficiently in English /Spanish/Korean (1), English /Chinese/ Korean (1)
* Solid computer & keyboard skills including MS Office knowledge
* 1 to 2 years of work experience in a customer service role
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with attention to detail
* Communicate effectively and courteously with members
* Always punctual
