Synergy Building Services is a growing company that has been providing building maintenance services to schools, commercial, and multi-use buildings for over 20 years in Western Washington. Our office in Redmond is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. Job duties and requirements include but not limited to:

* Assist employees and subcontractors with paperwork;

* Generate monthly expense report;

* Place supplies orders;

* Handle invoices from vendors;

* Translate documents in Korean and English;

* Good communication skills;

* Bilingual in Korean and English;

* MS Office proficient;

* Organizational skills;

* Good at multi-tasking;

* Fast learner; 

* Experience is not required.
