*Computer Technician’s Responsibilities*



(Auburn, WA, USA) Customer service technicians assist customers via phone, email, and the website with          product installations and other technical issues. They are responsible for issuing RMA (return merchandise        authorization) numbers for products being returned, and repairing or replacing products as needed.



Applicants must have an excellent working-knowledge of computer hardware, system building experience, good verbal communication skills in English, and be capable of learning new procedures relating to the repair and maintenance of liquid cooling products.



*Salary:*$30,500-$50,000 / year (based on experience)
