Salary: $60,000 - $200,000 a year
Job Type: Full-time, Monday ~ Friday (8:00am~5:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Establish new sales model, territories, team, accounts and service existing relationships, manage promotional activities and events, educate buyers
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Set up meetings with retailer purchasing managers via cold-calling, email, and social media outreach
- Follow-up with prospective accounts via phone, email and SMS to stay top of mind and close new business
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Maintain customer relationship database and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Monitor the program on multiple accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience (B2C or B2B)
- Knowledge and experience in the c-store is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
-Able to travel when needed
- (Bilingual prefer)
